√ Check your junk or spam folder. To avoid having emails go to junk:
√ Reply to an email from MyBodyWorks
√ Create a Smart Folder for emails from MyBodyWorks.live
√ Add my name and email to your Contacts
√ Find the email in Junk and mark it "not junk"
√ Whitelist or Create a Safe Sender List

√ Check to be sure there isn't a typo in your password
√ Click on the "Forgot Password" button and follow the directions
√ Try Clearing Your Browser Cache or Use a different Browser. Chrome tends to work better than some others

√ Ensure your billing information is correct: card #, Exp date and CVV
√ Try a Different payment method
√ Check in with your Bank
√ Use the Contact Form to send an email for additional support
