How Will It Work? What Do I Need To Know?

  • When you sign up, you'll receive an email with a link to a Private Community Facebook Group which is just for those attending this course, for question and answer sessions, general support, accountability, sharing, caring and play.
  • In the first week on Monday, October 21st we will have a Live Zoom meeting to learn how to access the videos and how to assess and identify your individual needs and goals. If you are unable to make the Live, a recording will be available.
  • You will receive an email with a link to the first module of the course soon after the Live on 10/21.
  • Each week thereafter, Saturday morning you will receive an email with a link for the next module.
  • Each of the modules are a combination of learning videos and practice videos with pdf's to view when needed. You will have time to watch the videos at your pace during the week and practice. 
  • Use the facebook group to ask questions as they arise. To receive the most benefit from the course, taking action is necessary. The group is where you will be challenged and encouraged to practice daily!
  • Every Week, probably on Thursdays, there will be a facebook Live in the group for a Question and Answer Session (Q&A) These will stay in the group for you to watch later if you miss the Live. 
  • The pre-recorded videos will be available to you for as long as the course remains in existence (I don't have plans to take it down though there may be upgrades at a future date.)
  • The platform I use has an App available to you for easy access to videos on your phone.

Module 1- Move Better, Feel Better!
Mindful Movement for Core Awareness
and Finding Ease

  1. Movement vs. exercise; Practicing mindfulness
  2. Core Movement Integration: Foundations - Principles, planes, pathways, access points, and more
  3. Taking Action: getting started, movement in standing, seated and lying down
  4. Re-train your brain! Practice, practice, practice!

Module 2 - Take a Breath!
 Use Different Breathing Methods For A Stable Body and A Calm Mind  

  1. Focusing on the breath and it's Importance to your wellness. 
  2. Understanding the Anatomy of Breathing
  3. Bio-Mechanical Breath and Your intrinsic Core, Supine 90/90 and Crocodile Breathing
  4. Using Your Breath for a Calm Mind

Module 3 - Boost Your Body's Filtration System with Lymphatic Self-Care
