A personal note:
I created this planner because I found I wasn't
making my wellness a priority. I always thought
self-care meant going for an hour long walk or
to the gym for an hour + and
I didn't seem to make the time for that.
When I started doing a breathing practice daily
and then added mindful movements to that,
I realized even if I only did it for 15 minutes,
it still made a huge improvement to
how I felt during the day and how I slept at night.
My Wellness Practice Planner helps me stay accountable to myself, to prioritize me and practice daily. A daily practice keeps me at my best, resilient and able to face challenges better. It's easier now to consistently do the things I know help me be the best I can be.
